Today’s the last day of senior project! 

In terms of what I’ve been doing to complete the project, today was simply finishing cleaning up gear, setting up times to return gear that we borrowed and cleaning up Kailee’s mud room from the mess that we’ve made in there the past two weeks. 

I’ve done all the boring chores like wipe down the packs that we borrowed from the school, put our fuel canisters back in the right place, completed any lasting laundry, hosed down the tent, put it back in Kailee’s garage, etc… There wasn’t much left to do. 

Tomorrow we’ll return the things we borrowed from the school with Rosanna, and later that evening we’ll present in the school’s gymnasium everything that we’ve learned, some of Kailee’s favourite photos that she’s taken, and display a few of Libby’s watercolour paintings (some using Kailee’s photos as references!) 

Later this week we’ll all graduate. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to spend these two weeks with two of my closest friends and can’t wait to see how our summers and our upcoming years go for us!
